Holiday Support in the UK and Overseas
Holiday support helps people with care or support needs enjoy a break in the UK or overseas with practical assistance from a trained carer.
Depending on your assessed needs and agreed arrangements, a carer may support with personal care, mobility, medication routines, daily activities, companionship and accessing suitable places during the trip.
We plan holiday support carefully around the individual, destination, accommodation, travel arrangements and required level of care. Our aim is to help you travel with greater confidence, comfort and continuity of support.
Speak with us early to discuss whether holiday support may be suitable for you or your loved one.
Personal care routines
Dignified support with washing, dressing, continence and other agreed personal care tasks while away.
Companionship and reassurance
