Home Maintenance Support

Our home maintenance support service helps clients manage minor repairs and practical household jobs that may be difficult to complete independently.

Work is arranged through a DBS-checked contractor and may include straightforward repairs, fitting small household items, basic adjustments and other minor maintenance agreed in advance.

The service is designed to help older adults, disabled people and families keep the home safe, comfortable and well maintained without the stress of finding an unfamiliar contractor.

Contact us with details of the work required so we can confirm whether the job is suitable and provide the next steps.

Minor household repairs

Help with suitable small repairs that do not require a specialist regulated trade.

Small adjustments around the home

Practical changes that may make everyday spaces easier to use, subject to assessment of the requested work.
